How quickly will I hear back?
Most briefs get a same-week response. If your event is short-notice, mention it in the brief and we’ll prioritise accordingly.
Do I need to know exactly what I need before contacting you?
No. Send what you have: venue, dates, rough footprint and select “Not sure yet” under service required. We’ll help shape the brief from there.
Can you quote for AV, stage & set and print together?
Yes. Most enquiries cover more than one service, and we plan them under one schedule so everything’s fitted to the same drawing.
Do you cover venues outside major cities?
Yes, we provide UK-wide venue and site coverage. Let us know the location in your brief.
Is there a minimum event size you work with?
No fixed minimum, we scale from single breakout rooms to full exhibition halls and main stages.
