Do you supply AV for venues you haven't worked in before?
Yes. We carry out a site survey ahead of every job so the system is specified for the room’s acoustics, power and rigging points, not just the brief on paper.
Can you cover both sound and video for the same event?
Yes, audio and video are usually run as one coordinated system so screens, sound and content are synced and specified together, rather than as two separate bookings.
What size events do you cater for?
From a single breakout room to a full conference main stage or exhibition hall. The system and crew scale to the audience and venue.
Do you provide on-site engineers, or just the equipment?
Our specialist engineers are on site for setup, live operation and sound/vision checks. Equipment is never dropped off unmanned.
Can AV be coordinated with our stage build and graphics?
Yes. Where you’re also using our stage & set and print services, AV is planned against the same drawing, so screens, rigging and graphics are fitted to each other before we reach site.
How far in advance should we book?
We can turn around short-notice briefs, but booking 4–6 weeks ahead gives the most flexibility on equipment and crew for larger events.
